Tree of Life Guardianship

"Those who have gone before us, those who will come after us, and us, are one unbroken circle.”

The Tree of Life Guardianship is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to healing the earth through the preservation and empowerment of Indigenous  Societies, traditional healers, holy personages, and tribal spiritual leaders world-wide.

The Tree of Life Guardianship is an organization that cradles compassion for the well-being of Mother Earth and the fate of all living-kind--her children--all the diversity of her children: human, plant, and animal-kind. The Tree of life Guardianship endeavors to save the Earth, and her web of delicately balanced, life-giving ecosystems, by assisting those most competent of the task ”the original Guardians of life. These Guardians of Life are harmonious, ecologically sustainable communities of conscientious individuals who have, for EONS, assumed the 'conservation of nature' as a sacred obligation  and privileged duty. These Guardians of Life are the world's indigenous people.

The Tree of Life Guardianship is an assemblage of Native American people and prayer persons, from North and Latin America, who are committed to serving the Earth and humanity. They concentrate the totality of their efforts on the survival of the planets healthiest ecosystems, and the Indigenous people who live within those ecosystems--wherever these two complimentary factors coincide.

A little hope goes a long way; in fact hope itself can make the difference. Despair and hopelessness have afflicted our elders relentlessly over the years. We see a lot of pain in their eyes. Many have simply given up. It is a painful situation that we are in; it is happening everywhere, wherever we go, wherever we look.

Though 'our elders' (these powerful spiritual beings, these great treasures of humanity) remain collected and reserved due to great inner fortitude and patience. ”the collapse of Native tradition (and the rapid extinction of Native languages) is a message we commonly hear them discussing. However regal they may hold their statures, to honor our ancestors, the personal suffering that they struggle with individually, is unremittingly deep.

Our philosophy is the one that says, an ounce of medicine is worth a pound of cure. We, the Tree of Life Guardianship, are committed to helping ensure that surviving communities of other indigenous nations, don't suffer what Native Americans have suffered here. This isn't easy: Its an ongoing battle, a never-ending uphill race; Native people, the Earth over, are being exterminated yearly. Entire tribes vanish with the cycle of every passing moon.

These last intact cultures keep a way of life, and a vision of the world, that has survived virtually unchanged for ten to twenty thousand years, maybe longer. Many of these tribes live extremely close to the ways our own Native Ancestors once lived here. Most of us don't remember what that was like, we've never even seen it before.

Our job is to renew our own spirituality, and through the powers inherent in this achievement, to breathe fresh life into the rest of the world. We live to touch and to heal, our Mother the Earth; We long to comfort her.
